Jarvis SMS Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Jarvis is a personal AI assistant run by one individual for their own use. It sends and receives text messages (SMS) with a single recipient: its owner. This policy explains how phone numbers and messages are handled.

Who receives messages

Only the owner of the assistant, who entered their own mobile number in the assistant's settings. Jarvis does not message anyone else, does not collect phone numbers from the public, and does not run marketing campaigns.

Information collected

The owner's mobile number and the content of messages exchanged with the assistant. Messages are used only to answer the owner's requests and to send the reminders and updates the owner asked for.

No sharing or selling

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, rented or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Message delivery uses Twilio as the SMS carrier service.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and START to resume. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the owner's requests.

Security

Credentials are stored in the owner's operating-system keychain, and the assistant accepts messages only from the owner's number.
